Service Description

Our Holistic Doulas provide support to pregnant families during prenatal, birth, and the postpartum period. We teach, support, and provide help to families. We focus on sharing comfort measures, teaching about advocacy, as well as supporting with guided meditations, coping skills, and knowledge on pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, lactation, newborn care, and more. Book a Free Consultation to discuss this service. Our Elite Package Includes- Free Initial Consultation- This is a time for us to discuss our services and for you to get to know us. We will meet either by phone, video chat, or in person. This is a time to ask questions, address concerns, become familiar with each other, and to find out if we are a good fit to provide Doula Care. (approx. 20- 45 minutes) Two Prenatal Sessions (virtual or in-person) that may include the following ( approx. 3 hours): Discuss Birth Wishes/Postpartum Plans Birth Education and Tips Education and Demonstrations on Comfort Measures, Relaxation, Breathing, Pain Management, and Coping Techniques Aromatherapy, Crystal, and Sound Therapy Prenatal Reiki Rebozo and Birthing Ball demonstrations for relaxation and comfort measures Prenatal Meditation During your birth, we will provide continuous physical and emotional support once you are in Active Labor. This support will include assistance at home and/or hospital/birth center, we will assist and support you and your family with the birthing process. We will be on call 2 weeks prior to and after your EDD*. (on call for up to 4 weeks) One Postpartum Visit (approx. 2- 5 hours) This visit will be within the first week postpartum, during the visit, we will discuss and recap the birth experience and provide assistance and resources if needed. You will receive lactation/feeding support, help, and education. We will provide education for partner/family members on how to support in the postpartum period. We are available for support via email/phone/text for postpartum period during designated hours. You will receive support and have access to your Holistic Doula the moment you pay your retainer fee and sign your contract.
