Reiki supports pregnant families as they experience the many physical, emotional, and spiritual changes of pregnancy. Reiki can help them with stress, anxiety, and coping with childbirth. It can help pregnant parents feel more centered, rested, and grounded. Providing gentle, healing energy can be beneficial for the baby and parents. Reiki can safely be used at any stage of pregnancy and in conjunction with other alternative and contemporary therapies. (Distance or in-person available- travel fees not included)
